Nic is our major projects manager. He is an excellent crew leader and liason between our business and our clients. Nic started in construction in 1992 and the wealth of experience and knowledge he has collected is invaluable.

Dominic barnes

Vice President, project manager, and lead estimator. Dominic has been a plumber since 1988 and has been a master plumber since 2000. With more than 20 years of plumbing and mechanical experience, Dominic handles most of the mechanical consulting, and the majority of job estimations. As VP and co-founder, his responsibilitiues are varied.

President and general manager of 3 Brothers Plumbing and heating inc. Weston barnes has been in the construction industry since 1986 and has been a master plumber since 2000. Weston's primary responsibilities include contract negotiations, service sales, administration, and public relations. Wes provides the necessary leadership to continue growth of the company.

We install and service hydronic heat and snow melt systems as well as forced air heating. We have expert staff with access to the latest technologies and a full HVAC shop.

Design Build
We have experience on design-build projects. We can work with project owners and managers to help you get the most from the mechanical portion of your construction budget.
